1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 80000 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other means of access — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 80000 as the platform operator. This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration or use by individuals under this age limit is strictly prohibited.

Each user is only permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 80000 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
All activity that occurs through your account, whether with your knowledge or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately by emailing [email protected].
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 80000 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access, scrape, or collect data from the platform without written authorisation.
- Submitting false, misleading, or deceptive information during registration or in any interaction with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Attempting to access 80000's systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.
- Transferring or sharing your account with any other party under any circumstances.
- Using another person's identity or creating an account on behalf of another individual without valid authorisation.
80000 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including immediate account suspension or closure.
4. Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy
Deposits and Currency
All transactions on the 80000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local deposit methods including Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX, and major Malaysian internet banking. Deposits are credited to your account once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawals and Verification
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. 80000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed certain limits.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day. 80000 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party financial service providers.
Bonus & Promotional Credit Terms
Any bonus, promotional credit or special offer provided by 80000 is subject to the specific terms stated alongside that offer, including rollover requirements, validity periods and eligible games. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly as cash unless all stipulated conditions have been fully met. 80000 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
80000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a lawful authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting customer support via email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all active bets are settled and any eligible balance returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Liability Limits
80000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or processing delays beyond our control. 80000's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of unused deposits held in that user's account.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the 80000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 80000 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 80000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
